ELVI הוא שירות קבלה בוואטסאפ: כששולחים הודעה למספר העסק, המערכת מקבלת את ההודעה, אוספת פרטי פנייה (ליד), ומשיבה בוואטסאפ. הדף הזה מתאר מה קורה בפועל היום — לא התחייבויות שלא מיושמות בקוד.

איזה מידע נאסף

• פרטי חשבון בעלים (שם, אימייל) ופרטי העסק שמוזנים בהגדרה: שם העסק, שירותים, מדיניות מענה ומספר הוואטסאפ העסקי המחובר.
• מספר הוואטסאפ של השולח, מזהה ההודעה, ותוכן טקסט שנשלח אלינו.
• אם נשלחת מדיה (תמונה, וידאו, מסמך וכו׳): סוג המדיה ומזהה של Meta. כרגע הקבצים עצמם לא מורדים ולא נשמרים אצלנו.
• פרטי ליד שהמערכת מחלצת מהשיחה, לפי מה שהעסק הגדיר לאסוף. בפיילוט הנוכחי זה כולל למשל שם, עיר, סוג שירות (שיפוץ אמבטיה) ופרטי העבודה שתיארתם.
• תשובות שהבוט שולח חזרה, כולל מזהה ההודעה ב-Meta.
• לוגים טכניים קצרים של קריאות webhook ושימוש בשירות, לצורך תפעול ותיקון תקלות.

למה זה מעובד

כדי לזהות את העסק שאליו נשלחה ההודעה, לנהל את השיחה, לאסוף מידע שהעסק צריך לפני חזרה ללקוח, ולשלוח תשובה בוואטסאפ. אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע הזה, ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום לצדדים שלישיים.

ספקי שירות

• Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — קבלה ושליחה של הודעות.
• OpenAI — פענוח הטקסט וניסוח התשובה. תוכן השיחה נשלח לספק הזה לצורך העיבוד.
• Google Cloud (GCP) — הפעלת השירות ב-Cloud Run ושמירת הנתונים ב-Cloud SQL באזור europe-west1.

שמירה ומחיקה

אין כרגע מחיקה אוטומטית אחרי פרק זמן קבוע. הנתונים נשמרים עד שהעסק או מפעיל ELVI מוחקים אותם, או עד שמטפלים בבקשת מחיקה. אין פורטל מחיקה עצמי באתר.

לבקשת עיון או מחיקה: שלחו הודעת וואטסאפ למספר +972 55-721-1622 ובקשו במפורש למחוק את השיחה / הליד. הטיפול ידני.

אבטחה

השירות רץ על Google Cloud. גישת מסד הנתונים היא דרך החיבור הפנימי של Cloud Run ל-Cloud SQL, לא דרך פתיחה חופשית לאינטרנט. חלק מסיסמאות השירות שמורות ב-Google Secret Manager. אין כאן טענה שהמערכת חסינה לחלוטין מפני אירועי אבטחה.

ELVI is a WhatsApp receptionist. When you message a business number connected to ELVI, the service receives the message, collects lead details the business asked for, and replies on WhatsApp. This page describes what the running product actually does. It does not claim certifications or features that are not implemented.

What we collect

• Owner account details (name, email) and business setup data: business name, services, reply policy, and the connected business WhatsApp number.
• Your WhatsApp phone number, message IDs, and the text you send.
• If you send media (image, video, document, etc.): the media type and Meta’s media ID. We do not currently download or store the media files themselves.
• Lead fields extracted from the chat, as configured by the business. The current bathroom-renovation intake may include name, city, service type, and work details you describe.
• Bot replies we send, including Meta message IDs.
• Short technical webhook and service-usage logs used to operate and debug the service.

Why we process it

To route the message to the right business, run the conversation, collect information the business needs before calling you back, and send a WhatsApp reply. We do not sell this data or use it to advertise to third parties.

Service providers

• Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — to receive and send WhatsApp messages.
• OpenAI — to extract details from your message and draft the reply. Conversation text is sent to this provider for that processing.
• Google Cloud (GCP) — to run the app on Cloud Run and store records in Cloud SQL in the europe-west1 region.

Retention and deletion

There is no automatic deletion after a fixed period. Data stays until the business or ELVI operators delete it, or until a deletion request is handled. There is no self-service delete form on this website.

To request access or deletion, send a WhatsApp message to +972 55-721-1622 and clearly ask to delete your chat or lead. Requests are handled manually.

Security

The service runs on Google Cloud. The database is reached through Cloud Run’s private Cloud SQL connection, not a public internet opening. Some service credentials are stored in Google Secret Manager. This is not a guarantee against security incidents.
