מפעילת השירות: דנינו ליאור הודיה

אם נשמרו אצל ELVI נתונים עליכם — משיחת WhatsApp, מליד, או מחשבון עסק — אפשר לבקש למחוק אותם. אין כרגע טופס מחיקה אוטומטי באתר. הבקשה מטופלת ידנית.

איך מבקשים מחיקה

1. שלחו הודעת WhatsApp למספר +972 55-721-1622.
2. כתבו במפורש שזו בקשת מחיקת נתונים מ-ELVI.
3. צרפו את מספר הוואטסאפ הרלוונטי, ואת שם העסק אם הבקשה היא על חשבון בעלים.

אחרי שנזהה את הבקשה, נמחק את השיחות והלידים הקשורים אצלנו, או את חשבון העסק לפי מה שביקשתם. הטיפול ידני, בלי פורטל עצמי.

מה אפשר למחוק

• תוכן שיחות ופרטי ליד שנשמרו אצל ELVI.
• פרטי חשבון בעלים ופרטי עסק שהוזנו בהגדרה, לפי בקשה.

ELVI לא יכולה למחוק עותקים שנשארים אצל Meta / WhatsApp או אצל ספקי עיבוד ששימשו להפעלת השירות. פירוט על המידע שנאסף נמצא במדיניות הפרטיות.

If ELVI stored data about you — from a WhatsApp chat, a lead, or a business account — you can ask us to delete it. There is no automated deletion form on this website. Requests are handled manually.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +972 55-721-1622.
2. Write clearly that this is an ELVI data-deletion request.
3. Include the relevant WhatsApp number, and the business name if the request is about an owner account.

After we identify the request, we delete the related chats and leads we stored, or the business account if that is what you asked for. Handling is manual.

What we can delete

• Chat content and lead details stored by ELVI.
• Owner account and business setup details, when requested.

ELVI cannot delete copies that remain with Meta / WhatsApp or with processors used to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.
